This proposal is a response to the need for more affordable homes within the town, as identified in the most recent local housing need survey, commissioned jointly by Orbit and Grevayne Properties with Stratford Town Council. The scheme will deliver a 100% affordable housing scheme to meet part of the identified Housing Need, in addition a large area of open space will be provided for community use.

This local needs scheme is proposed to meet the unmet housing needs of Stratford delivering affordable homes for local people.
